PROCEDURE

• Booking in the Festival online store
• Confirmation of rental contract either directly in the online store or when picking up at the festival
• Receipt of the e-ticket / QR code
• Take your e-ticket and ID card to the MAENTUM stand at the festival grounds of the former Plug-in Festival
• Leave your driver's license or health insurance card as a deposit
• Collect the cool box
• Return the cool box at the end of the festival

POWER DIRECTLY AT THE TENT - MAENTUM formerly Plug-in Festivals offers power stations for hire at the campsite. These mobile battery boxes provide you with electricity for the whole festival weekend. And the best thing is: when the power station is empty, you can swap it for a new one as often as you like.

• Return the Powerstation at the end of the festival

• Only valid in combination with a camping ticket
• Will be driven directly to your camping site
• Toilet issue times are Wednesday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday 08:00 - 14:00.

• One mobile toilet is enough for 12 persons from Wednesday to Monday. Intermediate cleaning is not possible.
• Please indicate when setting up your tent that you have booked a mobile toilet. The guide will then take the toilet into account.
• Against unauthorized entry you should secure the toilet cabin with a padlock brought by you.
